1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the Zivaa platform, a service for creating and managing digital business cards accessible via link or QR code.

By using the platform, the user fully and unreservedly accepts these ToS.

2. Service Description

Zivaa allows users to:

• Create a virtual business card
• Generate an associated link or QR code
• Share their professional information online

The service may evolve at any time.

3. Launch Offer – First 10 Users

Zivaa offers a limited offer for the first 10 registered users.

This offer includes:

• Free access to the service for a determined period (e.g., 3 months)
• No commitment
• No automatic renewal

At the end of the period, Zivaa reserves the right to offer a paid plan or modify access conditions.

4. Account Creation

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not impersonate another person
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials

Zivaa reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of violation of these ToS.

5. User-Published Content

The user is solely responsible for the information they publish on their virtual card.

They agree not to publish content that is:

• Illegal
• Defamatory
• Fraudulent
• Infringing on third-party rights

Zivaa cannot be held responsible for content published by users.

6. Public Data

Information displayed on the virtual card is intended to be publicly visible via the generated link or QR code.

The user acknowledges and accepts that this information may be viewed by third parties.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Zivaa platform, including:

• The name "Zivaa"
• The logo
• The design
• The code
• The interface

are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zivaa provides the service "as is".

Zivaa does not guarantee:

• The absence of interruptions
• The absence of technical errors
• Permanent availability of the service

Zivaa cannot be held responsible for:

• The use made by the user of their virtual card
• Any indirect loss or damage resulting from use of the service

9. Service Modification or Interruption

Zivaa reserves the right to:

• Modify features
• Temporarily suspend the service
• Terminate the service

without prior notice.

10. Termination

The user may request deletion of their account at any time.

Zivaa may suspend or delete an account in case of non-compliance with these ToS.

11. Applicable Law

These ToS are governed by the laws applicable in Canada.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the province of residence of Zivaa's representative.
